Momentum is an exclusive acceleration program dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs within the Reichman community.
After a careful selection, 10 ventures are chosen to receive a comprehensive package made up of individual mentoring, weekly workshops with industry experts and exclusive networking opportunities in order to steer their way to success.
Our program has seen incredible growth, nurturing over 40 startups in diverse technology fields. Beyond financial success, Momentum is engaged in building a thriving community. We have created a solid network of alumni who actively support each other, and continue to create new and successful projects.
Momentum delivers teams of both graduates and students a 10 weeks program that includes weekly sessions, workshops, lectures and personal mentorship. We provide access to industry leaders, investors, VC's, key resources, and competitions—providing a strategic edge for fast scale.

Elad Cohen, CEO
MA in Behavioural Economics candidate.
Elad graduated from the College of Management a BA in Economics, Management & Data, where he also founded "Leaders Club - COLMAN" - the College of Management entrepreneurship club.
Elad is Head of Business development at a Fintech startup, and prior to thet he was the Strategy & Business Development Manager of GHG Financial Group.

Week 01
Foundations
Session 1: Introduction to Lean Startup & Lean Canvas
Understanding lean principles and the Lean Canvas model. Startups will create or refine their Lean Canvas. business models.
Session 2: MVP/POC Development:
How not to fall in love with features, the difference between MVPs and POCs, how to build an MVP with minimal resources.
Week 02
Product-Market Fit & Design Partners
Session 3: Product-Market Fit
Deep dive into defining and achieving product-market fit. Strategies to measure fit and optimize the product for early adopters.
Session 4: Design Partners/Customer Development
The role of early customers (design partners) in refining the product. How to identify and collaborate with them for feedback on development. Product Iteration & User Feedback
Week 03
Sales & Strategy
Session 5: Sales
Designing a sales funnel, understanding customer acquisition cost (CAC), and leveraging customer lifetime value (CLV). Role of sales teams, partnerships, and initial B2B/B2C sales strategies.
Session 6: Strategy - Pricing, Positioning, Go-to-Market
How to price your product, position it against competitors, and develop a go-to-market strategy that maximizes early traction.
Week 04
Marketing & Product
Session 7: Marketing Strategy
Crafting a marketing plan: understanding channels, building online presence, content marketing, and performance marketing. How to build strong brand awareness with low cost, to create organic lead generation.
Session 8: Product Management
Roadmapping and Prioritization User-Centered Design & Customer Feedback, KPIs and Success Metrics, Cross-functional Team Collaboration, Customer Journey, Mapping and Leveraging Data for Product Decisions.
Week 05
AI Tools & Finance
Session 9: Leveraging AI Tools for Startups
Introduction to AI tools that can accelerate product development, automate marketing, improve customer service, or support decision-making in data-driven startups.
Session 10: Accounting and Finance
Financial forecasting, tax management, and accounting tools for startups.
Week 06
Mid-Internal Demo-day
Each team gives a pitch of 5-7 min, then all teams goes to 3-4 sessions of round tables with all the mentors.
Week 07
Fundraising & Investor Relations
Session 11: VC’s
What are they looking for, how they work, how to reach, what to expect, Understanding what VCs look for in early-stage startups.
Session 12: Navigating Term Sheets & Investor Relations
Overview of company structures, IP protection, contracts, equity distribution, overview of term sheets, key terms, and negotiating with investors. Managing investor relationships post-funding.
Week 08
Team work & Crisis Management
Session 13: Team work
how to foster effective communication and collaboration between co-founders, ensuring alignment. Strategies for building trust, managing conflicts, and maintaining a balanced workflow to support sustainable growth.
Session 14: Crisis Management & Adaptation - personal story by a founder
How to handle business crisis (e.g., technical failures, loss of key clients, regulatory issues). How to handle mentally as a founder and leader.

Week 9: Demo Day Preparation
Session 14: Storytelling & Public Speaking
Coaching on presentation skills, storytelling, and how to effectively present your startup to investors and industry experts.
Session 15: How to give a demo
How to build a demo presentation, what is important etc.
